Controlled water intake
The process begins with carefully sourced water, tested and conditioned before entering the farm environment. Water quality parameters — dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity — are continuously monitored to establish the baseline for healthy prawn growth.
02 · Biofilter
Beneficial bacteria culture
This is where the Closed Biotech System differentiates itself. Proprietary beneficial pond bacteria are cultivated to maintain crystal-clear, healthy water. These natural biological filters break down waste and regulate water chemistry — eliminating the need for antibiotics, chemical treatments, or hormones.
03 · Controlled Pond
Optimised growth environment
Prawns grow in a controlled environment where water quality is maintained entirely by biological processes. Stocking density, feeding regimes, and environmental parameters are managed to produce healthy, consistent growth without chemical intervention.
04 · Harvest
Same-day harvest and delivery
Prawns are harvested and processed on the same day. No freezing, no preservatives, no chemical washes. The product moves directly from harvest to cold-chain delivery, maintaining integrity from farm gate to retail shelf.
